On 3-5 April 2024, TAR UMT hosted its Hybrid Career & Internship Fair (HCIF) for the second year running, where the fair was also held virtually from 1 to 5 April 2024.

The three-day physical fair saw more than 160 employers, including over 100 new participating companies, engaging with TAR UMT students who took this as an opportunity to learn, explore and engage in order to gain insight into their future career journey.

“The needs of the industries are constantly evolving. Students, who will become the future workforce, have to adapt to the changes, demands, and requirements in order to become valuable assets in their respective fields. At TAR UMT, it is our highest priority to nurture and produce students that will meet these expectations.

“HCIF 2024 is the ideal platform for students to get in touch with key industry players, business leaders, and successful entrepreneurs, to gain valuable insights to stay ahead of the curve and stand out in their future career aspirations,” said Prof Ir Dr Lee Sze Wei, President of TAR UMT in his speech during the fair’s launching ceremony.

HCIF 2024 is held over two stages, once in April 2024 and another to be held in August 2024.
